Leading Sheep

I have read and watched a lot about the Christian Nationalist movement today, and frankly, it scared me. This movement is attracting many passionate young men and leading them down the wrong path.

Things like

- Household voting (the man)

- Slavery being justified

- Antisemitism

As Christians, we are called to do two things: love God and love people, with truth and grace. Because we love people, we share the good news of the gospel with them.

The Bible never tells us to “win the culture” or create a “Christian Nation.” Jesus didn’t do that. In fact, He was rejected by both the religious establishment and the secular world. The fact that He had both a tax collector (who worked for Rome) and a Jewish zealot (who opposed Roman rule) among His disciples shows that Jesus wasn’t shaping political or cultural views; He was changing hearts.

This isn’t about bowing down or standing up; it’s about why. And the why has always been repentance and knowing Jesus, not building or preserving a fantasized “Christian Nation.” Share the gospel with everyone, and then we will rejoice together for eternity.

I am a Christian who loves this nation with a Biblical Worldview, trying to personally share the good news and truth of scripture with all people.
